Vinaigrette

  1. 1/2 cup water
  2. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  3. 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seedpaste)
  4. 2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
  5. 1 teaspoon honey
  6. 1 small garlic clove, minced
  7. 3/4 vegetable oil

 

Salad

  1. 2 large red onions
  2. 12 cups (packed) baby spinach,trimmed
  3. 10 large radicchio leaves (optional)

    • Place the onions on a parchment lined baking sheet and put in the oven at 450 but watch them carefully. Check after 10 minutes and then in 5 minute increments until you like how grilled they are:)
      If you want you can use the broiler too just watch carefully.
