
Hearts of palm mango salad
1 can hearts of palm, sliced
1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 lb snap peas
 Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinager
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tsp. mustard (yellow)
2 cloves crushed garlic
combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
This Salad will last for the next day and can be easily multiplied! This dressing is nice over a Romain Lettuce salad too!
