Mazal Tov! It’s a Boy!

Welcome to the world my beautiful new baby.
Your sweet face, soft curious eyes and calm sounds are the incredible miraculous wonders that I’m grateful for.
I’m in awe at the breath of life, the miracle of birth and the magnitude of the beginning of an entire world….
I look into your face and you comfort my heart.
You hold Zeidys name and reflect all of what I loved about him.
My eyes are wet from tears, a concoction of longing for my father and loving all that life breathes into living.
And I thank Hashem for blessing me to cradle a living memory, full of vitality, strength and love.
A little shliach that bares your name.
Shmuel Tzvi.
And this is truly where the colors of my soul come to life.

  1. Mazel Tov to you Chana, your husband and family. He is a beautiful baby with such a serenity about him. I am sure he will make you proud in all he does and give you much nachas and may you have the great honor of escorting him to the chuppah one day! (for now just enjoy all those baby moments and snuggling with him while you smell that delicious smell of baby neck!)

  2. Mazel tov!!! So happy to hear! May you bring up little Shmuel Zvi in good health and joy and may he grow up to be a source of nachas and brocho to you and the whole family!!!
