Menu for Purim in the Ball Park

Puff Pastry Sticks
Using Puff pastry, slice strips and twist and lay on baking sheet. Brush egg all over and sprinkle with seeds of your choice. Bake according to package instructions. YUM!
Although very cute indeed (and delicious too!), this was very time consuming and didn't produce bulk quantities quick enough. So personally I would omit this item unless you own one of those bread pretzel concession heaters...(which is on a wish list of mine!) Good Luck!

There were a few requests for the food items served so here are some ideas from our menu:

For the Ball Park theme (and to keep costs down) we served typical Ball Park food:

Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, French Fries in cute take out containers, Puff Pastry ‘bread sticks’,  home made boiled and baked bread pretzels, cole slaw, Spinach Salad, Potato Salad and condiments as well as lots of toppings including sliced pickles, tomatoes, onions etc.

Dessert was all the vending items: cotton candy, coke gummies, caramel popcorn, regular popcorn and then a dessert table of cupcakes and hamantashen.

Enjoy!

    1. Interesting to note that. I was actually twisting them so they wouldn’t come undone:) I would probably do pretzel sticks then by folding a long rope and twisting. Thanks for the insight!
